If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may send us a request for redress; if we reject it or do not reply within 30 days, you have the right to file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The competent body is the SOI; the list of the others is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
