Frequently asked questions
▸ I am a sole trader and not VAT registered. Will it get in my way?
No. If you are not registered, VAT is not shown at all — the invoice and the reports come without it.
▸ Will payments from a non-Slovak account match too?
Statement import handles the common formats (CSV, ABO, camt). Matching goes by amount and reference number, so it works with a foreign account as well.
▸ Can anyone else see the invoicing?
Yes, if you share the Business module with them. Sharing is per module, so a colleague can have access to the invoices and none to your personal finances.
▸ What happens to my invoices if I leave?
They are yours. You can download them at any time, in bulk too, and have the account deleted.
